The archipelago will be twice the size of the legendary Palm Jumeirah — covering an area of 13.6 sq km. However, it will have fewer villas, allowing residents to enjoy greater privacy. The island features incredibly beautiful nature with pristine white beaches and emerald greenery surrounded by azure sea.
Palm Jebel Ali will have Dubai's longest coastline — 110 km, with 90 km of beach. Numerous world-class recreational facilities will be built along the coast. According to Sheikh Mohammed’s office, the development will also house 80+ resorts and hotels, set amidst the backdrop of stunning waterfalls and beautiful mangroves. The large public beach will feature water sports infrastructure, cycling and walking paths, camping areas, and family recreation zones.

This project includes three-story villas with 5-7 bedrooms in eight design variations. The residences range from 7,319 sq. ft to 12,163 sq. ft.
Additionally, according to Moon World Resorts Inc. co-founder Michael R. Henderson, a unique MOON project will be built on Palm Jebel Ali. It will be a fantastic 900-ft moon replica atop a 100-ft structure.
MOON will feature a limited collection of real estate — 500 apartments and 300 Sky Villas. The project will include many exclusive amenities — from a "lunar shuttle" to a private club.
